RTO 裝置在焦化廢氣處理中的應用

本(ben)項目(mu)以能(neng)源(yuan)高效(xiao)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)為目(mu)的,采用(yong)(yong)(yong)焦爐煤(mei)氣代(dai)替(ti)輔助燃(ran)料,可以節約(yue)成(cheng)本(ben),提高焦爐煤(mei)氣利用(yong)(yong)(yong)率,同時能(neng)夠滿(man)足 RTO 裝置(zhi)正常運行時的燃(ran)料需求(qiu)。該裝置(zhi)主要(yao)由(you)燃(ran)燒室、蓄熱室( 含(han)集氣室) 及切換閥門組成(cheng)。

從化(hua)產區域各排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)洗凈塔(ta)后收(shou)集(ji)的廢氣(qi)(qi)進入(ru)廢氣(qi)(qi)總管,經(jing)(jing)過(guo)安全水封、捕(bu)霧(wu)器后進入(ru)緩沖(chong)罐,由廢氣(qi)(qi)引(yin)風機輸送,經(jing)(jing)過(guo)阻火器后進入(ru) RTO 進行(xing)焚燒。本項(xiang)目中RTO 收(shou)集(ji)處理的廢氣(qi)(qi)有 14 路,各排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)洗凈塔(ta)洗滌

后(hou)的(de)(de)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)各自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)調(diao)節閥(fa)(fa)(fa)控制排出壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),保(bao)(bao)證廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)進(jin)入(ru)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)總管。RTO 冷(leng)(leng)(leng)態啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)后(hou),首先(xian)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)吹掃(sao)(sao)風(feng)(feng)機(ji),用(yong)(yong)新(xin)鮮空(kong)氣(qi)對(dui)(dui)設(she)備進(jin)行吹掃(sao)(sao); 吹掃(sao)(sao)結束后(hou),燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)進(jin)行燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)檢漏,確(que)保(bao)(bao)點火系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)安全; 檢漏完(wan)成后(hou),啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)器,通過(guo)(guo)(guo) 9 個閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)的(de)(de)周期切換(huan)完(wan)成 3 個填(tian)料(liao)床(chuang)(chuang)的(de)(de)預熱(re)(re); 預熱(re)(re)結束后(hou)焦化(hua)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)進(jin)入(ru)RTO進(jin)行焚燒(shao),燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)緩慢提升(sheng)。如果燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)持續上升(sheng),說明廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)濃(nong)度(du)過(guo)(guo)(guo)高,當(dang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao) 1 100℃ 時(shi)(shi),打(da)開(kai)(kai)高溫(wen)(wen)排放閥(fa)(fa)(fa),將多余的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量直接排放至煙囪; 當(dang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao) 1 180℃ 時(shi)(shi),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報警; 當(dang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao) 1 200℃時(shi)(shi),為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)確(que)保(bao)(bao) RTO 裝(zhuang)置安全,RTO 開(kai)(kai)啟(qi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)離線程(cheng)序(xu)。RTO 離線時(shi)(shi),燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)熄火,廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)減(jian)速直至停機(ji),新(xin)風(feng)(feng)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)打(da)開(kai)(kai),引(yin)入(ru)小風(feng)(feng)量新(xin)鮮空(kong)氣(qi)進(jin)入(ru)RTO 蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)室(shi),開(kai)(kai)始(shi) RTO 降溫(wen)(wen)程(cheng)序(xu)。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)降低高溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),在高溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)設(she)置了(le)(le) 1 套水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),以確(que)保(bao)(bao)高溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)密封(feng)性能(neng),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)由(you)(you)軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)、軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)及(ji)軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)器組(zu)成,軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)浮(fu)球液位計自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)補充到(dao)(dao)(dao)軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)中(zhong)(zhong),通過(guo)(guo)(guo)軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)循(xun)環(huan)泵(beng)輸送至高溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),再通過(guo)(guo)(guo)軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)器被循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)后(hou)回到(dao)(dao)(dao)軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)。由(you)(you)于(yu)焦化(hua)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)有機(ji)成分(fen)的(de)(de)沸點較高,易凝(ning)結在蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)填(tian)料(liao)底(di)部(bu)(bu),堵塞(sai)填(tian)料(liao)床(chuang)(chuang)層,本項(xiang)(xiang)目中(zhong)(zhong) RTO 設(she)置了(le)(le) 1 套反(fan)燒(shao)程(cheng)序(xu),當(dang)床(chuang)(chuang)層底(di)部(bu)(bu)和(he)(he)頂部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)差達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)3k Pa 時(shi)(shi),自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)燒(shao)程(cheng)序(xu),將凝(ning)結在蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)填(tian)料(liao)底(di)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)膠狀(zhuang)物(wu)質氧化(hua),從(cong)而達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)對(dui)(dui)蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)床(chuang)(chuang)層清(qing)理的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。反(fan)燒(shao)程(cheng)序(xu)與正常運(yun)行一樣,只不過(guo)(guo)(guo)是排氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao) 480℃時(shi)(shi)再進(jin)行閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)切換(huan)。3 個床(chuang)(chuang)層底(di)部(bu)(bu)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)依次達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao) 480℃時(shi)(shi),反(fan)燒(shao)程(cheng)序(xu)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)結束,反(fan)燒(shao)程(cheng)序(xu)有自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)手動(dong)(dong)(dong) 2 種方式。手動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式可(ke)根據實(shi)際運(yun)行情(qing)況,點擊反(fan)燒(shao)按鈕進(jin)行清(qing)理。為(wei)(wei)了(le)(le)保(bao)(bao)證系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)安全,風(feng)(feng)機(ji)前設(she)置了(le)(le) 3 套可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)體(ti)濃(nong)度(du)監測儀,其中(zhong)(zhong) 1 套為(wei)(wei)快(kuai)速反(fan)應型,響(xiang)應時(shi)(shi)間小于(yu) 1s,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)快(kuai)速連(lian)鎖,當(dang)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)可(ke)燃(ran)(ran)組(zu)分(fen)濃(nong)度(du)達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)爆炸下限的(de)(de) 25% 時(shi)(shi),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)連(lian)鎖停機(ji)。同(tong)時(shi)(shi) RTO設(she)置了(le)(le) 2 個防爆門(men),當(dang)爐內壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)達(da)(da)(da)(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao) 11k Pa 時(shi)(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)泄壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。3RTO 置工(gong)藝優(you)化(hua)及(ji)運(yun)行結果分(fen)析采用(yong)(yong) RTO 裝(zhuang)置處(chu)理焦化(hua)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi),優(you)化(hua) RTO 裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)工(gong)藝性能(neng)對(dui)(dui)提高有機(ji)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)處(chu)理效率(lv),實(shi)現廢(fei)(fei)(fei)氣(qi)達(da)(da)(da)(da)標排放至關重要,本項(xiang)(xiang)目在 RTO 工(gong)藝設(she)計等方面做了(le)(le)升(sheng)級和(he)(he)改進(jin)。

 1 采用(yong)(yong)焦爐(lu)煤氣作(zuo)為(wei)輔(fu)助燃(ran)料本(ben)項目采用(yong)(yong)焦爐(lu)煤氣作(zuo)為(wei)輔(fu)助燃(ran)料,既節(jie)約了成本(ben),又提高了焦爐(lu)煤氣的利用(yong)(yong)率(lv)。從(cong)用(yong)(yong)戶記錄所得到的輔(fu)助燃(ran)料使用(yong)(yong)量表明,RTO 裝(zhuang)置冷啟動時所需(xu)焦爐(lu)煤氣為(wei) 240m3/ h,能夠滿足 RTO 裝(zhuang)置正常運行(xing)時的燃(ran)料需(xu)求。

 2 RTO 前端(duan)增(zeng)加(jia)安全(quan)水封、捕霧(wu)器和阻(zu)火(huo)器水封的(de)(de)主要作用是(shi)防止高溫回(hui)火(huo),由于(yu)其安全(quan)性能好,可用在管道(dao)收集前端(duan)防止回(hui)火(huo); 焦化(hua)(hua)廢氣中(zhong)含有少量的(de)(de)水分,為使進(jin)入(ru) RTO 內部的(de)(de)焦化(hua)(hua)廢氣更加(jia)潔凈,增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)

捕霧器用(yong)于(yu)氣液分離; 與此同時,由于(yu)廢氣中含有易燃氣體,為了阻止易燃氣體在RTO內燃燒時火焰傳播到整(zheng)個管(guan)網中,在 RTO 進氣管(guan)道前端(duan)增加(jia)了阻火器。

 3 高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)系統在大多數的 RTO 裝置中,高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa)主要靠(kao)自然散熱。考慮到發生緊急情況時燃燒室的溫(wen)(wen)度過高(gao),項目采用循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)系統。水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)系統由軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)、軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)循環(huan)泵及軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)器(qi)組成,軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通過浮球液(ye)位計自動(dong)補充到軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)中,通過軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)循環(huan)泵輸送至高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)閥(fa),再通過軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)器(qi)被循環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)后進(jin)入軟(ruan)(ruan)(ruan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)。

4 經工藝優化后(hou)的(de) RTO 裝置運行結(jie)果分析表明:1) 通(tong)過多次抽樣測量,RTO 燃燒(shao)室表面溫度(du)基(ji)本維(wei)持在 50 ~ 70℃,滿足最高溫度(du)≤75℃ 的(de)設計要求。2) 燃燒(shao)室溫度(du)始(shi)終維(wei)持在 850 ~ 1 100℃ ,保證了有機

廢氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)有機(ji)成分充分氧化(hua)燃燒。3) 煙囪平均出(chu)口溫度(du) 120℃ ,低(di)于(yu) 150℃ 的(de)(de)設計要求(qiu)。4) 經當(dang)地環(huan)保(bao)部門多(duo)次(ci)抽查,經過 RTO 裝置處理(li)的(de)(de)焦化(hua)廢氣(qi)(qi)達(da)(da)到 GB 16171—2012《煉焦化(hua)學工業(ye)污染(ran)物排放標準》的(de)(de)要求(qiu),有機(ji)廢氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)凈(jing)化(hua)率達(da)(da)到了 99% ,CO 的(de)(de)凈(jing)化(hua)率達(da)(da)到了 97% 。
